Our producers do an exceptional job for a reference Bourbon vanilla. They cultivate, sort and select their vanilla beans to retain only the jewels: a rich, fat, supple and sweet gourmet vanilla with exquisite and intense flavours.
They are committed to fair trade, ensuring the educational, social and environmental development of their community, particularly the village of Andranovato. 
Our vanilla is also certified organic.
 
Flavour: our gourmet Madagascar Bourbon vanilla is carefully selected, handpicked, carefully dried and processed for 5 to 6 months by our producers. Considered the world's benchmark for quality, it is rich, deep and dark, with exceptionally sweet nuances and intense cocoa notes.
