Recognisable by its pearly colour and renowned as one of the best in the world, Kalios thyme honey is produced on the island of Kythera in the Peloponnese. Anyone who has been to the Greek islands and tasted the famous Greek yoghurt with nuts, thyme honey and sometimes fruit knows that this honey is unique.
 
Cold extracted and unfiltered, it has never been heated.
